As full service wire and metal OEM manufacturer, our fabrication capabilities span every stage of production — from design and engineering through manufacturing, finishing, assembly, and final fulfillment. With our dedicated team, advanced equipment, and strategic global partnerships, we deliver the value, speed, and precision to today’s OEMs demand.

Design & Engineering Services
Our in-house engineering team supports both new product development and cost-effective redesigns. We use SolidWorks 3D modeling, FEA analysis, and rapid prototyping to reduce development time and speed your path to production. From concept validation to test-ready models, our tools are built to move quickly — and accurately. As a result, our clients gain faster turnaround times and stronger product performance from the start.
Highlights:
- SolidWorks 3D Modeling Software.
- File formats: .sldasm, .sldprt, .igs, .step, .pdf, .dxf
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural strength.
- Functional prototyping and testing.

Wire and Metal Manufacturing Capabilities
With decades of experience, our wire and metal fabrication capabilities are built to support high-volume OEM production — from hundreds to tens of thousands of units. Operating from our 100,000-square-foot Midwest facility, we combine cost-effective domestic manufacturing with a trusted network of international partners to ensure dependable lead times, consistent quality, and flexible pricing.
Our core capabilities include CNC turret punching, laser cutting, metal shearing, press brake forming, CNC wire cutting and forming, and a full suite of welding services: MIG, TIG, spot, and press welding. We work with CRS and HRPO ferrous metals, wire ranging from 12 gauge to 5/16”, and sheet metal from 24 to 7 gauge. To meet both structural and aesthetic demands, we also offer unlimited finishing options.
We actively monitor tariffs, freight trends, and supply chain shifts to mitigate risk, control costs, and keep production running smoothly — all without compromising quality at scale.

Assembly, Packaging, and Distribution
Once manufacturing is complete, our assembly and packaging department handles the final stages with efficiency and care. We offer both automated systems and manual solutions to support high-volume co-packing, custom kits, and multi-component builds.
Our services include custom packaging design and testing, automated palletizing, banding, heat shrink wrapping, bagging, and final pack-out. Our hand assembly options cover gluing, taping, drilling, stapling, and integrating third-party components into final builds as well.
By consolidating these steps under one roof, we help you gain control, shorten lead times, and reduce operational costs. Our warehousing and drop-shipping options simplify logistics while boosting supply chain efficiency and profitability margins.

Green By Design
Conserving resources isn’t just responsible — it’s smart business. That’s why we follow a simple philosophy: Reduce, then Recycle. We start by minimizing material use and part count wherever possible. At the same time, we engineer products to occupy less space throughout the supply chain — from fabrication through final delivery.
Our metals contain approximately 98% post-consumer recycled content. In addition, we compact and recycle all scrap material generated during production through certified channels. This process helps us reduce environmental impact without sacrificing quality or performance.
